Monet’s Meules Painting Sell at Record Price :
An art from Monet’s Meules series “Haystacks” held traded at in a sale at Sotheby’s on Tuesday for a record-breaking $110,747,000 (around €98,881,566).
Not simply is that the tremendous price ever spent for a Monet landscape, but the giant price compensated for any work of Impressionist art.
One of the few paintings in Claude Monet’s famous “Haystacks” category that still resides in private deals sold at the sale on Tuesday for $110.7 million approx, setting a record for an Impressionist work.

The oil on painting, titled “Meules” and developed in 1890, is the primary piece of Impressionist art to bid more than $100 million at auction, said Sotheby’s, which managed the sale.
That also describes the highest sum regularly paid at auction for a painting by Monet, the author of French Impressionism and an original of “PLEIN AIR” paintings who died in 1926, aged 86 may be.
Record Break Painting in the World :
Meules was one of 25 portraits in a series drawing stacks of collected wheat regarding Monet’s conversance in Giverny, France.
The pictures are widely celebrated for capturing the game of light on his case and for their leadership on the Impressionist journey.
Monet’s Meules become the richest person in the world :
Most works in the collection have long been represented in top world museums, of the Getty Center in Los Angeles to the Musee d’Orsay in Paris and the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.
Out of the 25 arts from the Haystacks group, four have remained put on sale — Meules is the only one to possess been put up for sale this century.
The event on Tuesday in New York City recorded the first sale of the art since 1986. It sold for approx. 44 times more than the past price.
Buyer name: Prince Salman?
Some media reports claim that painting was purchased by Mohammad Bin Salman. but as per release press not by Saudi Arabia, “We were never been part of the selling process of Monet’s Painting.”

An icon representing rural haystacks in the shades of winter sunshine, Mules was designed in 1890 and was hugely powerful to in the Impressionist art progress.
“Monet’s” is one of only four to have come up for auction this century.
Sotheby’s said the art was obtained by wealthy Chicago socialites undeviatingly from Monet’s trader in the 1890s and stopped in the family until it was acquired at sale in 1986 by the present sellers for $2.53 million.
New York times Reports said :
The auction of Monet’s Meules organization did not recognize the painting’s buyer, who struck out five other bidders in an eight-minute sale in New York City.
The oil canvas was first obtained by Bertha Honoré Palmer in 1892, wife of wealthy Chicago businessman Potter Palmer, who settled a great admirer of Monet’s work throughout her lifetime.
